A capstone course. Introduction to automotive service and repair, shop safety and shop operation, as well as tool safety, use and identification. The course will also cover automotive engines and basic systems: electrical, cooling, fuel, suspension, etc. With completion of the course the student will be prepared for an entry level position in today's automotive service industry.
